Lindy Rothenburger, Vacation Travel
	Bio: Lindy has lived in six of Canada's ten provinces, but she keeps coming back to Vancouver. She has decided it is time to adopt an old adage and permanently make her home where her heart is. Arriving upon the travel industry scene in 2000 she is realizing the culmination of her life-long dreams. She can't believe she gets to do what she loves every day and get paid for it!!!
All her life Lindy has been called "Sunshine" and she brings that sunny personality into her work. Expertise: Lindy thinks travel should be fun; not work! She is familiar with all forms of vacation travel and cruising. She has personally travelled to Western & Eastern Europe, Russia, China, India, Hawaii, Iceland, Mexico, USA & Canada. She is a Certified Asia Specialist as well as having achieved certification in cruising, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and Puerto Vallarta. She is also a destination weddings specialist. Favourite Place: Although she gets pretty excited when talking about Iceland or St. Petersburg, Russia, Prague is her favourite. "I love everything old and Prague does such a good job of old. It's like walking through a fairy tale! Because Prague was never bombed in either World War, every period of architecture is evident there. The buildings are incredible! Make sure you take in a concert or ballet at the State Opera House. Even if the performance isn't anything to write home about, the building is!! Be sure to take your camera." Hobbies: Browsing for antiques, downhill skiing, cycling, travel, reading about far away places and cultures, photography, and spending time with family and friends. Travel Tip: Don't use the public toilets in Europe. There is something about having to pay to use the facilities that just goes against my grain -- especially when they are so dirty. I just went into the pubs and asked to use the toilet. They were clean and free. Not once was I refused..
